I loved all of them!!
I am just going with my "level of importance":
1. Clemson (Natty Finals)
2. OU (Natty Semis)
3. UGA (SEC Championship)
4. Bama (Most critical regular season game)
5. Florida (A big win, UF QB was playing good at the time)

Bama hands down. They never had the ball with a chance to win or take a lead outside of their first possession.

Chokelahoma.
Such a beat down. I think we might could’ve scored a hundred if we’d set that as a goal.
That first half performance might never be matched in a game that matters so much.

UT. I have a friend who’s a bandwagon Texas fan, but she’s absolutely rabid.
Prior to 2018, she’d always text “go Tigers” before LSU games. She stopped as she realized our teams were facing off in 2019.
After we won the National Championship, she told me the SEC was having a down year and no one thought it was a good conference except the teams in it. And that UT played LSU closer than anyone else (not true).
Fast forward, UT joins the SEC. She’s been quiet ever since. I doubt she even knows who Arch Manning is yet.
BK better get us up and running, because I can’t hardly wait to stick the UT band & fans way up high in the sun before crushing their team on the field.

I know the question asked for a specific game but I’m going to discuss a period of time. We can all talk at Texas or Bama or Florida or even Auburn games where the team was tested that year, but my favorite time was what I call “the stretch of dominance” this is were lsu beat the shite out of 8&4, then Georgia followed by Oklahoma. Those three games lsu outscored them 150-45 or a average game score of 50-15. There is something about breaking the will of your opponent that is fun or maybe I’m just twisted like that.
Also that win over 8&4 made 8&4 go 7-5 that year.
I never thought anything would beat the stretch of Mississippi st, Virginia tech, and South Carolina in 2007 especially when a totally defeated Steve Spurrier instead of going for it on fourth down knowing he was beat decided to kick a field goal, but 2019 blew the doors off that one and Les almost totally fricked up that season after that.

SEC Championship over UGA! Living in metro ATL I quickly learned how unrealistic and obnoxious the UGA fans can be. And I heard in 2018 and 2019 how they were going to tear us apart.
Quite satisfying watching the UGA fans exit in droves early in the 4th quarter from that game.
And being at that game puts it at the top for me.

That Florida game had me the most nervous of any game we played that year. It was gut-check time after Gators went up 28-21; they had scored on 4 straight possessions. Burrow came through admirably on the next LSU drive and took away Florida's momentum.

Of the ones nobody has mentioned so far, I enjoyed Oklahoma, that first half was insane. I knew we would never see anything like that again in our lifetime and that Burrow, Chase, and Jefferson were special special players.
I was there and to be honest, it might be the weirdest game of the year. We knew going in we would win and we curb stopped them. It was fun, but not exciting.
For me, Texas was the game. Came down to the wire, 4th down stops, horns down, onside kick, etc etc at their house.

To go to Tuscy and never trail while leading by as much as 3 tds was glorious after not winning since 2011.

Alabama. Easy choice for me.
Most underrated win of the season: Auburn. Not a cakewalk by any means.
