I think it was against Towson in 2012 on Russel Shepard’s TD. He screams “SCOOOOOOOOREEESSS” at the top of his lungs. Honorable mention to Brad Wing’s TD, Byrd’s TD vs Auburn, and Tyrann Mathieu’s punt return vs Arkansas. Hopefully he does it tomorrow because he didn’t seem as into it last week.

I nominate the "scores" call for Cedric Donaldson against Florida in 1997.

We don't have the benefit of modern stadium audio broadcasting techniques, but he's clearly yelling.

It’s a crying shame we no longer get Dan’s patented “SCOOORES” followed by the menacing growl of a fearsome Bengal Tiger. Those were great times in Death Valley.

Had to have been a 4th Q TD during a night game blowout of a directional school with the old SEZ speakers still cranked to 1,000.

ETA: “First down for the Tigers” during those situations were a jolt.

Underrated Dan Borne “Scooooooores” - LeBrandon Toefield long run against Tennessee in 2000. Was already in a full on shout by the time he reached the 10 yard line.

Whoever mixed the sound for that game did a terrible job. You hear nothing the announcers are saying. They’re drowned out by sideline chatter, the crowd, whistles, and Dan Borne.

Yeah, I never cared for the "scooooores" thing either. Just a copycat of over-the-top soccer announcers.

I forgot LSU played this game against Towson. I also don’t believe a random TD from this game would be his loudest ever lol

Just listen to the audio. I wouldn’t believe it either but I think it might be.

It wasn’t the loudest by HIM, but the loudest I ever heard as a result of what he said was when he announced USC had lost during the Florida game in 2007. That was amazing. Florida knew they were doomed at that point even though they were leading at the time.
