No its not of coarse u want ur flagship paper to be 100% for the locals.
Not to the point where they are not reporting important issues.
But yes we want our Cith promoted and anything great about our arch rivals can be emblished by others.

How print newspapers remain in business is beyond me. Their digital platforms are almost always awful as well, loaded with click bait, advertisements, and pay walls for news that you can almost always get for free elsewhere.

People on here are blind if they don’t see what the ulterior motive is for this rag. Those of us that lived the hatred for Tulane in every way, know it is a vendetta that reaches beyond sports. It is about tearing down at every opportunity. I’m old enough to know and there are a few others on here that can attest to the fact that people from that school want nothing better than for LSU to fail in every way.
Before this new ownership took over, it was a decent paper that wasn’t about cheap shots at the flagship university. Go find another local paper that does this to their state school where the university is responsible for employing a ton of local people who otherwise wouldn’t have a job.

dude, there are alot of LSU/tulane people out there. Historically there is a rivalry but it has been pretty much non existent in the past 20 years. tulane isn't your enemy and really isnt in LSU's league. let it go man.
