I think Canada is trying to complicate things too much... he should take a tip from Ensminger...

It's a real mess for Guice. Darrel Williams looks way better and Guice looks like a fraction of his old self.

"We can't block for shite" is the answer for everything going wrong with this offense.

Or it starts there.

Holes are there just no burst, how do you explain DW being effective with same o-line then.

The answer is found in your first sentence, towards the end there.

Williams is finding at least a little room out there. Are you suggesting that Williams is a better fit in the zone run scheme?

If he's hurt I would imagine that would prevent his burst for the microsecond a hole might be open

And Williams is rushing for 5.5 ypc in the same scheme.

I know this won't go over well but here is the running game drop off the year after Cam Cameron leaves an offense. I'm not saying Cameron's a great play caller by any stretch but he's always been able to orchestrate a high-powered running game. Yes, he's had some great backs but their numbers unequivocally go down after he leaves.

Ravens
2012 - 118.8 (4.3 ypc)
2013 - 83.0 (3.1 ypc)

Ray Rice rushed for 257-1,143-9TD-4.4 ypa in 2012. In 2013 he rushed for 660 yards, 4TDs, 3.1 ypc.

Dolphins
2007 - 98.1 yards per game (4.0 ypc)
2008 - 118.6 yards per game (4.2 ypc)

Ronnie Brown was leading the entire NFL in total yards from scrimmage when he blew out his knee in game 7 during Cameron's only season. He was averaging 5.1 yards per carry. Year prior to Cameron's arrival, he averaged 4.2 yards per carry.

Chargers
2006 - 161.1 yards per game (4.9 ypc)
2007 - 127.4 yards per game (4.2 ypc)

In 2006, Tomlinson rushed for 1,815 yards and 28 TDS with 5.2 yards per carry

In 2007 (1st year without Cameron), he rushed for 1474 yards, 15TDs, and 4.7 yards per carry

Indiana
2001 - 269.5 yards per game (5.5 ypc)
2002 - 116.5 yards per game (3.2 ypc)

guice is dancing / stutter stepping behind the line looking for a homerun while dw is hitting the hole as the play was called and taking what is there...
guice is more of an east/west hesitate and go runner and dw is more of a north/south hit it and get what you can runner...
ain't no one got time for that guice bs...

Yup, give guice some of the holes Williams had and he takes them the distance.
