Well, we got a cookie cake from Great American Cookie Co. for the Florida game with yellow and purple icing and we won. Been picking one up every weekend since. We are 3-0 with the cake, so I'm hoping it comes through. Starting to put on a little weight though but I'm willing to take one for the team

Girlfriend doesn't care about football so she started doing yoga in the 4th quarter of the Auburn game. I got her to do it again during Ole Miss. We're 2-0 with yoga so she's not stopping now.

Lots of prayers followed by hiding anything breakable on my back porch. Not sure if I have any superstitions other than not wearing my yellow LSU polo (lost to Clemson in Atlanta, Notre Dame in Nashville and Florida at the bars last year when wearing it).

Since the Auburn game, wear opposing teams colors, start smoking Victory cigar at kickoff, and not drinking alcohol. I accept all the credit.

I had a bad luck shirt that I have had for a couple years and decided to wear it during the Florida game, because I figured why not it’s a bad arse Nike dry-fit polo I paid $70 for and wanted to get use out of. Then wore it again for Auburn.
Also didn’t drink a drop of alcohol for theFlorida game because I was at a family function. Thought hey it maybe lucky so didn’t drink any alcohol for the auburn game.
So I will be wearing my unlucky dry-fit Nike polo sober......

I'm cooking a pot of red beans for game time. That worked during the Florida game. That worked during the Auburn game. In both cases the beans were cooked by the start of the 4th quarter, and the Tigs won.
Not sure if the "magic beans" can make any difference against Alabama, however. Lucky superstitions can take you only so far.

On 1/9/12 I bought a special edition LSU bag of Zapps potato chips (the one with the LSU logo on them). I also bought some this year the week of Mississippi State.
I saw them this week but refuse to buy them. I will never, ever, buy them again!!

NOT going to watch the game! Since the NC game I have hosted parties, gone to parties, watched it alone, with family, etc. This year I gong to the NCSU v CU game Sat afternoon (my son is a JR at NCSU) and then driving back to the coast that evening. I'll tape the game and catch up when I get home.
I'm flipping the script. I'm going to drink my son's beer and eat his food at a tailgate, and then of course catch up with the Tigers later that evening and hopefully watch us play a GREAT game where Saban is sweating it out in the 4th quarter and who knows what might happen....
