What specifically is Canada reported to have done to justify his removal?

They say “insubordination”, which a term that weak leaders use when then get called out on being incompetent!
It is my understanding that Orgeron was to give total control of personnel and play calling to his coordinators. He then took play calling away from Canada for the first half of the Troy game, in which we scored 0 points, and refused to let Canada start Brennan all year. So Canada probably called him out on it and said something to the effect of “you don know shite about offense” in front of the whole team/locker room.
At what point are you not allowed to call people out for breaking the rules when they’re the ones that made those very rules in the first place?!?!
So the obvious move is to permanently replace Canada with that guy that scored 0 points in the first half against Troy!
