The way the Les Miles situation was handled

Suspension of Wade

Giving Nikki Fargas an extension was ridiculous

I would have to say the comments after Jacksonville would apply.

His not standing up to his boss and letting les go the first time rank right up there.

Thinking the flip side I sure do like whatever he did to get K Fulton on the playing field.

So many instances to point out.

It's disheartening that someone with his demonstrated incompetence could be hired to such a position of prominence in the first place. That's the way of the world though.

He lost me when he gave Miles an extension after flirting with Arkansas. He should of helped him pack.

Firing Les after 4th game of season
(Rightly so) but wasted an entire offseason and limited the coaching search to where we are today.

Extending Fargas was inexcusable. I still think they were sleeping with each other.

O’s extension last year was unnecessary.

The comments after the Yale win, which were completely unprofessional.

The whole Canada debacle, and then allowing O to hire Ensminger even though E hadn’t coached a competitive offense since the Clinton administration.

The handling of Les Miles. But with all his screen ups, what seemed to be Joe's problem with every one was he would never come out and make statements to the media no matter how bad things got. He would just let the situation stay in limbo and not comment for weeks

Not the hiring of Trent Johnson and johnny Jones?

I can at least see the logic behind the Trent hire. He took a mid major and a major to the Sweet 16. Counter argument was he just recruited one or two elite players, but that still got the teams into contention.

Its underrated as an example of how bad Alleva was, because so many people hated on Jordan Jefferson, but his remarks and forced suspensions of yet again, falsely accused players after the Shady's incident was the end of my attempts to accept him.

He is Jumping to Conclusions Joe, the GOAT program killer, that's who he is.

Good Riddance

Please stop with all of these Alleva threads. He is no longer the AD. Time to move on.

Not just that. We couldn't get guys eligible but other schools could. Some of the bullshite hold ups in the sec. Knowing that Segar was his go to with all that just pisses me off. They basically were handcuffing the program for years.

"I am the search." Hands down.

When he said that with such arrogance, you just knew that it would be an underwhelming hiring process despite having a two month head start on everyone else.
