Trent coached up 1 good season, couldn’t recruit and LSU went to the very bottom of the SEC. just not a good fit

Everything about the end of the Les Miles era.

If he was going to let the man go at the end of the 2015 season, do it and be done with it.

Otherwise, give him the entire 2016 season. Firing him a few games into 2016 was also the wrong move.

Then he f*cked up the one positive about firing him early, when he didn’t conduct a season-long national coaching search.

Alleva should have been fired during the 2016 season, as soon as anybody realized he was screwing up the hiring process.

This isn’t an anti-Orgeron post. We might have hired O anyway, but conducting a thorough search is on the AD.

Easy to answer. His bewildering hire of
his own DL coach as head football coach. A position he was totally unqualified to hold

Apparently O was able to qualify himself rather quickly as he's doing a good job.

For me it was how he handled the Florida hurricane debacle. Talked tough and made us look like assholes and then caved like a bitch, earning the enmity of the SEC office at the same time. I know it wasn’t the worst thing he did, but sure was embarrassing. I know I’m beating a dead horse, but I’m enjoying this too much to let it go.
that he stole Oxygen with his breathing, maybe that gash AOC can outlaw him with the cows in the Green New Deal

This is my other one. I don’t mind (now) that he hired O, but the way he rushed the hire in a fit of pique screamed amateur hour. That’s not how you hire the CEO of a multimillion dollar business. Can you imagine if Fedex or Ford hired their CEO that way? Ridiculous.

Les Miles being carried off the field after that fiasco, and the last straw was suspending WW because Alleva is a cuck.

Glad he's gone, good riddance, hope to never hear his name spoken or see his smug mug again in my lifetime.

Same win loss numbers that got the last coach fired while having a worse offense.
Facts and shite

We fired a coach who did a good job. Doing a good job wasn't good enough for him to keep his job and it shouldnt be for O. O has been at LSU since 2015 and in charge since 2016. This is his shape up or ship out year. Eleven wins and a real chance to win at Alabama is what O needs to keep his job.

Scott isn't going to put up with three and four loss seasons with no hardware like Alleva.

Les was fired for lying to his bosses. Not for going 9 and 3 but you know that. You're just dishonest.

So if miles never changes the offense but we go 12-1 is he fired?

Anyone that thinks miles was fired for anything besides wins and losses is trying to be ok with O losing 4 and 3 games a year while not being ok with Miles doing it.

And for the record why would Miles' bosses be ok with hiring someone that has a far less productive offense?
Like 2017 and 2015?

No I just dont have O's and Ensminger's nuts down my throat like you.

2 of miles' last 3 offenses shite on anything your diety has produced.

Love you Ben. Hope all is well you angry SOB.

I got nothing but love for you but please stop lying on this board. If you honestly believe it was about the number of games lost you need to dig back into the past because Alleva fricked Les over at least twice. He pulled the same shite on O.

It most certainly was the losses.

Do you think miles is fired if we beat wisky and Auburn with the exact same offense?
Miles winning at elite level kept him safe. Once he stopped doing that he was on the hotseat.
Wins and losses got him fired.

It was Les lying about changing his offense. I'm sure that Les despised Alleva as did O.

O is turning out better than expected but the 15-16 Miles Fiasco and how the search was handled was just repulsive. The Wayde saga wasn’t as bad IMO. It was a tough situation.
