This speaks for itself.
He had some really good talent at some positions but not enough. It’s why Ole Miss, Tenn, Arkansas, Mizzou and anyone outside the Top 15 of roster talent has not won a championship this century and their chances of doing so are not good at all.
They can win a big game here and there but they aren’t putting together a championship barring some really wacky stuff happening.
Depth with coaching wins championships.

This is what I’m puzzled about. He probably won’t be accessible until into January. I don’t think he would bail out in the middle of an exciting playoff run. Especially being with a team that’s so starving for big post season success.

No shite. I'd take consistent 10 win seasons as long as it means we play for SEC titles and are in the playoffs 40%-50% of the time.
