Would be nice for it to happen but realistically, it's not happening. How could they make amends to him after the way he was treated? He's gone forever.

Then why didn’t he receive any strong arse offer after last season after what he did to the Mcneese program? Doesn’t look like teams are knocking down the door to get him. I think LSU could easily hire him back after this year but I know that’ll never happen.

Until LSU invests heavily in MBB it won’t matter that much who is coaching. Bringing CWW back would certainly be a boost but the fans and administration aren’t willing to put money into the program. Having said that , if CWW were still here along with Mulkey , things would almost certainly look and feel different.

He still has a two year show cause that runs through June of this year.
