Accuracy, the ability to process quickly and the ability to make all the throws.
You should be able to plug a guy like that into the right scheme and have success.

I think these are great but add toughness and leadership to the intangibles

Pocket awareness
Intangibles such as leadership and toughness

I am going to be pretty general with it.
Ability to sustain drives
Red zone efficiency
Turnover ratio

1) Decision making
2) Accuracy
3) pocket presence.
If he doesn’t make the right throws then everything else doesn’t matter.
If he can’t make an accurate throw then his life will be hard. His WRs will have to be wide open or he’s screwed.
If he can’t feel the pressure and avoid it then he limits his ability to read the field and deliver an accurate throw.
FYI: I rank arm strength 5 behind “toughness/moxie”

#1. Smart. Can read defenses and make the right decision quickly. Can audible out of plays that aren't there before they even happen and change into another that is more suitable for the defense they are facing at that particular time.
#2. Accurate. Can fit the ball into tight spaces and even throw someone open when they don't seem to have separation at the time of the throw.
#3. Pocket presence/Mobility. Can navigate the pocket and not freak the frick out when a rush is coming to get the appropriate angle to make an accurate throw to an open receiver. Has the ability to move around and is quick enough to move out of the pocket and make something happen if need be and the pocket breaks down. Also being tough enough to hang in the pocket for an extra split second for a receiver to get open and be willing to take a hit if need be to make a good throw.
Arm strength is 4th. Usually at this level the qbs that are in contention for starting for an sec team have enough arm strength to make almost any throw u need them to make. I don't have to have a qb that can throw the ball 65 yards...what does elite arm strength matter if they're not accurate in the first place?
