I wouldn't say it's awful because there are still three teams alive for the playoff, but teams like Florida, Tennessee and Arkansas have sucked this year. LSU does benefit since they played all of them, but LSU could have been just as bad or worse than those teams. However, LSU's coaches and players got it together after the early struggles and performed better.

No excuses. Why do we continue to schedule teams like Ole Miss, Arkansas, Tenn., Florida etc. They suck. We should never play them again. LSU athletic department is just bunch of scared babies.
