True but that is what is modern college football. Team rosters and even coaching staffs are basically now year to year situations.

I read that Les only let one coach go in his time at LSU

Now do Alabama…

Success breeds turnover

Failure breeds replacement

Lot of turnover on offense but it hasn't hurt them much. LSU had the #1 offense in the country in 2019 and 2023.

Defense is much tougher to sustain with coaching turnover. Especially how the game is tailored to offense now.

I’d take Daronte all day over House.

But they've also had the same HC over that span. We've had 3.

No doubt, would definitely be nice to get some stability.

The problem is most of our departures were because they weren't performing, not because they retired or got a better opportunity.

Blessing and a curse

If they are bad, they get fired.

If they are gone, they get hired.

3-4 years is a long time in an OC/DC role.

In his prime, Bo Pelini coached some of the most dominant, intimidating defenses that lsu has ever had.

LSU fans shouldn’t completely trash him bc of 2020, he did a lot of good for us as well around 2007.

Having stability at head coach, which we did not under Ed, makes all the difference.
