So this says Aranda thinks SE is better play caller than Canada? Or is that another quote that you are not going to link us to?

That first assertion I made, I can't link it because that comes from a super-double-secret source.

Nevertheless, the second quote, which comes from a pay site, substantiates the first assertion. By the way, the second quote that substantiates my first assertion was also posted in several other threads on this site by several other posters as well.

I know this is hard for you to believe because you believe O is a bumbling idiot, like the severely mentally handicapped moron you are, but all three of them, O, Aranda, and Ensminger are all the closest of friends and they have input in every decision that O makes. As O doesn't make a decision affecting the football program without consulting those two guys first. As O trusts and respects both of those two guys immensely.

Of course, O also consults with Jimmy Johnson and Pete Carroll often as well.

Skeptical because of the loss of talent? Or skeptical because Steve Ensminger is the new OC?

Not a knock against E, but he ran an NFL style offense in 2016. All he had to do was get O to be on board with opening it up. O has since lost a good bit of support and will be ultra conservative as he tries to get 8 wins. Hell, JA probably told him all he needs is 6 wins to keep his job.

bullshite you retard. No way would I trust Mickey Joseph to learn the playbook well enough to call the plays. Maybe you would, but that's because you are a freaking low-information retard.

Oh!!! Why didn’t you say that to begin with?! Well, if it came from a PAY site, then by all means it obviously the gospel truth!! I mean, a PAY site, c’mon. They are by definition 100% accurate because no one would ever charge money for false or inaccurate information!!!!

P.S. @SpaceCowboy, that was sarcasm.

I never say it, you moron, and do it all the time. However, I'm hardly ever challenged. Obviously, most people realize that it comes from a pay site except for incredibly stupid ones. Nonetheless, you idiot, I was far from the first person or the only person to post that same damn quote on this site, you moron. And with respect to your dumb assertion, it's a damn quote. Man, you O haters are some of the dumbest people on the planet earth.

Both

I think we will be a worse version of our 2014 team minus a generational talent like LF7

It all depends on how well the offensive line performs. Again, we lose at least two "would-be senior starters" and will have to rely on young, inexperienced players which usually means inconsistent at best in the SEC.

Honest question. Did you hear this from anyone other than space cowboy? He’s been spouting this shite for a week and he’s pretty much the only source I’ve seen or heard for that one

Ensminger is a tireless worker. He practically lived in the office when he was the OC. I wasn’t happy at first but when I put everything into perspective and thought about it for a while I understand why O went with someone he trust. Ensminger was a qb and can coach qbs. The guy knows offense and he can coach. Now we will see if he can formulate his own offense, gameplan well and execute it

I read that Ensminger called the Texas A&M Game. Ensminger knows how to develop QB's he was a QB.

He definitely called the Texas A&M game when they lost to USL. For A&M, that is.

BOTH:
1. We are losing our starting QB, our last 2 legit RBs, both starting WRs, 4 of 5 starting O Linemen, the best FB we’ve had in years. 10 of our 11 starters on offense did not start last year or even play much at all, minus 2 Linemen. Experience matters a lot, multiply how much A LOT matters in the SEC! Multiply I even more when we play Miami, Auburn, UGA, Bama, a better coached Florida, an older, more mature Miss St, a better coached A&M...
2. Ensminger hasn’t been an OC in 20 year so for a reason, nobody wants him. He’s been our TE coach for 10 years and we have produced no legit TEs, none of which actually catch passes. Supposedly he is a “QB guru”, where the frick has this guru been the last decade?!?! On top of that we have position coaches on offense who either serve as recruiting “experts”(isn’t O the recruiting expert?!?!) or are simply O’s friends. Our entire offensive coaching staff is a joke, besides maybe Kregg.

He's so good at scheming last time he went against Alabama 0 points 125 total yards of offense. I can't wait to see what he has in store this year

You think he goes 10-2 or better next season?

Because that’s the minimum.
That's a joke. 9-3 or even 8-4 should be acceptable against that schedule while breaking in a young QB. If we finish strong and one or both QB's look solid by the end of the year we will have made a lot of progress.

Common logic tells you it will not work. Moreover, it could be “better” and still look bad because of the brutality of the schedule.

I think 6-6 or 7-5 is best case scenario with a struggling offense.
