The fall world series is tonight @ 7 PM.

quote:

Friday’s game is open to the public with free admission and free parking, and fans are advised that LSU’s clear bag policy will be in effect with entrances available at Gates 1, 2 and 3 of the stadium. Bathrooms will be open for fans’ convenience; however, concessions stands will not be operating.

There will also be two free autograph sessions. The first session will be from 5 till 5:50 p.m. with players who are not participating in the game, and the second session will be held after the game with all players. Both autograph sessions will be conducted on the main stadium concourse.

A basketball countdown would be more applicable right now.

Hopefully we'll have a least 34 healthy, hungry players ready to kick butt this coming spring. Pre conference schedule is better than usual and this team appears to be very talented so it should be a very interesting season in 2019.

This is the first fall in years that I haven't made at least one scrimmage. It's been a hectic few months for me.

This team has the pieces if they stay healthy. Leadership and experience everywhere with some really strong freshmen. My one worry going into the season will be catcher. It hurt us last year.

My biggest worry about catcher is them staying healthy. Mathis will be stout defensively and will hit enough. Garza will hit for power even if there are strike outs there. I don't know what he looks like defensively though.

Exactly. And Willis would need a year regardless. I'm hoping Garza heals up quickly. Meniscus is fairly straight forward.
