I wonder what average runs against starting SEC pitching is? I would guess less than 3.

Playing three games is not going to make anyone tired, and you can just as easily get injured in practice. It's baseball, you can't be afraid to play.

There was no strategy here. Just bad hitting.

Why can’t you people grasp that? He knows the cost of extra games (injury risk, tired team, etc) is not worth the benefit (a conference tourney title nobody cares about)

Same reason we didn’t hit at South Carolina, Texas A&M, Auburn, Game 1,2 Tennessee???…..asking for a friend

I think seeing LSU's offensive potential and greatness is a bipartisan issue

Coach J “willingly and strategically” planned for us to avoid going further in the conference tourney

While I would agree that CJJ didn't want to play 3 games in Hoover I certainly don’t think he told our hitters to make sure they struck out a lot & definitely not to score any runs.

I do wish that were the case tho

You realize he is trolling right?

He knows the offense sucks, just like anyone else who watches this team on a weekly basis and isn’t lying.
