And we only have 1 currently committed. If we have any departures on the dline we are screwed.

Well, you probably count on 50/50 that Lawrence and Fehoko leave depending on how they grade out at pro day and/or combine.

Shelvin and Alexander are killing us
Both of them were blue chip guys, maybe even 5 stars. Ed gives us a few solid snaps a game and shelvin stays home to play video games and eat power bars.

I'd prefer that number be 6-7 but you do realize we play a 3-4 and only have 3 down lineman.

This notion was silly. The only player he brought in that I thought would be huge for us, was fehoko. Everyone else committed when Les was still coach. Yeah, the dline haul looked awesome last cycle. But then you realize they moved two of those guys to the o line. And now your kind of like ehh, still not enough bodies, and if guys leave early, we will be worse off.

Only fehoko committed after Les was fired. Of the guys that have seen the most snaps.
