This board didnt seem to mind dumping on a previous coach for similar results. Kelly inherited a talented but shallow roster. Got lucky with Campbell and Jones and has had 2 full cycles in the portal, about to have a third. The Heisman gives Kelly the edge thus far probably. So what the hell is wrong Kelly, how can LSU have a defense with some rankings in the 100's? How?

The other coach won it all in year 3. I think its only fair to dump on Kelly. He's 9-3, 1-3 in big games this year. Is that now all of a sudden good enough?

Old Miss and Mizzou can easily drop below LSU. Choklahoma might lose to Arizona.
Thats 3 teams LSU would pass. Since LSU is at #13 now. Math is hard but seems like #10 is doable.

Coupling that with 10 wins and a SECW title last year, and given where we were when he was hired, I don’t see how BK’s first 2 seasons could be construed as anything but a huge success

If we win convincingly:
We would 100% jump Mizzou if OSU wins (we own H2H)
If Arizona beats OU, we definitely jump OU.
We might jump loser of the Penn St (probably jump)/ Ole Miss (might jump…H2H not in our favor) game.
If Liberty wins…lol…Oregon will plummet
So pull for Liberty, Ole Miss, Arizona, and Ohio State. If ALL lose we could get to 9…I don’t think we can get further.
