The guy referee might be the worst I’ve seen all season. How did he call that on that shot? He’s awful.

Did Van Lith really think they weren’t going to call a foul on that? There was zero reason to contest that shot. Bad basketball IQ on that one.

Game is nearly over anyways. If she just lets her score uncontested people just use it to bitch about her defense.

This was clearly her best defensive game. She was kind of in a lose/lose situation there and she played it aggressively. Not a big deal given the game is over. I rather see her go out like that in a blowout.

If it was a closer game or had more time left I think she plays it differently there. Her basketball IQ is fine. She would not have risked it.

The FG percentage at the rim needs a little work

Biggest offensive issue in this game….Reese, Morrow, and to an extent Del Rosario were getting whatever position they wanted and good entry passes all night but they finished way fewer than they should have…..could just be an off night.

The attendance tonight at Coleman Coliseum is 5,575, the largest crowd in Alabama Women's Basketball history.

Every one of @LSUwbkb's road games has either been a sellout or a program/arena record.

"An off nite"? The last couple of games LSU has missed a ton of layups and / or putbacks, a big reason the FG % has been so poor. But, at the same time there is a lot of banging & bumping under the goal, more than the men refs allow.

Such a huge win for the ladies. The 'double double-doubles' every night between Reese and Morrow are certainly helpful, and the guards played well, as did Rosario.

Box score says HVL was 2-8 again so on a lark I looked up her stats and was surprised to see she's shooting 42+ overall but also 41+ on threes, which I would not have guessed. Oddly, after being well into the 80s on FTs for three years, she's under 70 this year.

And God bless her, her lateral quickness just isn't what it was, and she's still having trouble beating anyone off the dribble or stopping anyone on D.

Still, if Kim sez so then that works for me. I'd freakin love for Haley to explode, we'll be unstoppable.

Noticed that HVL and Poa had one turnover combined tonight. That's a huge improvement over the past few games.

The defense in the second half may have been their best effort since conference play started.
