Definitely in the Top 3 worsts posts ive ever seen on TD.
Ive been here from pretty much the beginning.
I cant tell you which 2 round out the top 3, but this one is bad enough to join the ranks.
This is just awful

Why do non baseball fans act like someone asked their opinion on the sport.
You are clearly NOT a baseball fan, and I don't give a shite if it's exciting to you.

- Foul Outs - At bats with 2 strikes where the batter just keeps fouling it off can get pretty tedious. Once a player gets 2 strikes, give them one more foul and then they are out.
This point right here proves beyond a shadow of a doubt you have no appreciation for the game. You obviously do not get the nuances of the game nor understand or appreciate the great battle that goes on in a 10 pitch at bat, and the effect it can have on a game.
As others have said, only change needed is the bats.

But back to college baseball. Really other than Arkansas LSU MSU and Ole Miss no-one really cares that much about baseball. I remember LSU playing Vandy last year, a huge anticipated series, I don't think Vandy sold out their stadium. Florida also struggles to sell out their stadium. LSU baseball is one of the fan bases that really closely follow their team, and travel to support them. We are one of the few schools that probably has a bigger following of baseball than basketball. EVERYWHERE ELSE basketball gets more attention than baseball, well maybe except Cal State Fullerton.
Much of this is related to historical results of other institutions' teams and other sports winning traditions. UF, football and basketball, etc. I would believe with Vandy's recent 2-year run their attendance might be considerably improved, especially against visiting highly ranked programs. It didn't hurt LSU baseball that the basketball Tigers endured very sporadic success for years while baseball overall performed quite while.
I watched a good bit of game 2 of the UVA/VU championship series, the low scoring 3-0 game went like 3:40, the slow down the last two innings was trying my patience and I like baseball. The UVA pitching coach took forever to get some calls into the catcher, probably on purpose to disrupt Vandy's hitters. If I never hear the name "Sborz" again it is fine with me, it must have been uttered 1,000x over the air in the last week.

Don't remember if you were the one that wanted the teams to hustle on/off the field to reduce "dead time", but...
What do you do when the catcher is on deck, or on base when the inning ends. This happened a few times last night, and you have to give the player some time to protect himself and put his gear on. Teams would definitively use this to delay the game if they feel a delay would give them some sort of advantage.

I will agree w/ this 100%. I thought CBB was going to some sort of pitch clock that would result in an extra strike/ball depending on who delayed the game. There were too many times at the end of the game where the catcher was staring in the dugout for several seconds, then they would make the call to the pitcher, juts to have the pitcher step off the mound. Under the pitch clock, that would have resulted in a ball being called against the pitcher.

- Limit catcher visits to the mound - It seems like every 2-3 batters there is a conference at the mound. The pitcher doesn't need a dissertation from the catcher and infielders. Let him pitch. Limit it like coaching visits.
Only thing I'd be cool with.

No, I wasn't the one who said that, and I'm not really too upset about how quickly (or not) teams get off the field.
But I certainly don't understand why we let each team warm up, at length, every inning change. Yes, I realize it's primarily for the pitcher, but geez. At most, give the pitcher a couple very quick pitches, skip the catcher's throw the second base and the "throw around" for the rest of the team, and get going.
Just too much down time in a baseball game.
And of course, I think everyone understands the need to allow the catcher to get his gear on, and any rule change should allow for that.
