Yeah those numbers are too high. Just under 3,000 with 65% completion will be possible. As far as his draft position, too early to tell. Things don't get more clear until the combine. Way too early to accurately project anything.

I have no idea. I've seen plenty of people do the bets for charity proposal on here before. I don't bet. I've had enough addiction issues in my life.

Betting for cash is a very stupid road to go down for any site that relies on Google as a platform. Particularly for a sports site. I doubt TD tolerates it in any fashion whatsoever, if they become aware of it.

I didn't think a personal bet between two people was illegal at all. They do it on Sports talk shows all the time on radio and tv. Is the internet and/or message boards something different?
