Didn't score a fg for 14 minutes; its like we tried to miss. I don't think that stat will ever be broken

Florida beat us like 58-3 that one year....but that team was outmatched. This years team has BEATEN aTm earlier this season. Unreal.

I really think this is the weakest (physically and mentally) that I've seen especially mentally.
I mean this team just completely folded today and a few other games

As far as importance, you're correct. But the defense was playing lights out against Bama that night. Some perfect throws resulted in a few FGs. Remember, Bama inched away three points at a time. It wasn't until the late TD run that the team quit. Today was just bad all around.

Losing 41-7 to Auburn or losing 17-0 to Arkansas (being their first SEC win in 2 years).

1/9 wasn't due to a lack of effort. We just got physically man handled. The effort today was pathetic and the entire team should be embarrassed. But JJ said we had great effort. The guy is clueless

He was sugar-coating it. He knows they went flat early and gave up in the first half

LSU 62

I believe that was in '87.

As for as jj this was the most important loss period. I have not gone on about jj this whole year but the writing is on the wall, and so be it.

Again ....this is not even close to 1/9/12

Disagree.... 1/9 they at least put out an effort and showed some passion esp on defense. Miles was totally outcoached and should have at least tried LEE... But the word EFFORT is the key word here...

1986 LSU lost to Miami of Ohio at home after beating a real good A & M team... The effort was horrible as was the 2002 game against Bama a shutout lost at home...
