Because it should get lots of discussion.

Absolutely phenomenal and critical play.

That play puts us in position to win the game. Run doesn’t come across if he doesn’t get to 2nd. Helluva call by CJJ.

Wasn’t a steal. Bianco advanced on a dirt ball. Just a great read and play by Bianco.

I believe it was the 2nd dirtball of the AB.

He got his read on the first.

No doubt. The guy finds a way to impact the game. Gotta love his attitude and approach to help the team.

I hope you mean hell of a call by putting him in to pinch run

Bc Jay had nothing to do with bianco taking second, that was strictly on bianco and a heads up play on his part

Hear me out. The hit was a 3-2 2 out hit. If he’s on first, he’s running on the pitch and likely scores anyway in my opinion. It would have been a close play. Either way, getting to second on that pitch was really good base running.

This. What he saw was a catcher that wasn't overly quick abt getting to the blocked baseball. The ball wasn't that far away from the plate area, but he saw from the first one that ole MonteCristo was a step too slow

I had a couple drinks but there wasn’t a play at the plate? I don’t remember one. I think he gets there but who gives a frick.

If the count were 3-2, the batter would’ve walked on the ball in the dirt. That didn’t happen.

Someone scorning from first on a single up the middle is damn near impossible.

He was saying the pitch that JT got a hit it was a 3-2 count, which is correct. Bianco would have been running on that pitch. Would have definitely been a close play at the plate in that scenario.

Even more important was the decision by Jay Johnson to pinch run for Morgan taking the chance that he won't be there to play first base in event if a tie. That play don't happen unless he does.

Not when you are running on the pitch versus a right hander on the mound. He’s basically at second when the ball crosses the plate. And he’s rolling through second.
