Sounds like me.

Block 15 will service your beer needs. There are 7 pot shops in Corvallis according to Google.

Enjoy your stay!

beer are not Bud Light and Coors because most of the bars brew their own.

and plenty of people up that way drink Bud Light/Coors as well. I mean shite a Bud Light is 4.5% a lot of people down here drink Envie, Canebrake, Jucifer, Ghost, etc now as well that hovers in the 5-9% range, same as Portland beer.

Since my recent move, I must say I am a bit surprised how many people I've seen drink non local beer considering where they live. Still the selection is too vast for the majority of people to not enjoy craft beer.

I also live in southern Oregon, which is a bit more country than people would generally expect for a state like Oregon

go to Le Caves. Fantastic beer selection

Pissenlit saison, sounds quite descriptive. I'd be going to Sokol Blosser on the way down to pick up more Goosepen pinot noir but the baws gotta hit dem Natties.

The vast majority of the state fits this description. Hell, most of the beach towns are country.
