Wade's "failure to meet" was a brilliant strategy move that paid off for him

At the time Wade "failed to meet" with Alleva, it was unknown what effect, if any, all of the allegations would have on the players. Would it be a harmful distraction? Would all the players be able to play in the tournament?

So Wade refused to participate in the meeting and he's suspended. It is a win-win. If the team does well in the tournament, he gets the credit (from most, I gave it to Coach Benford with credit to Wade for good recruiting). But, if for some reason the team loses in round one, he won't get the blame.

So, he'll be back next season, still tournament untested.

I do think Wade will be LSU's coach for a long time, if ultimately nothing comes out of any investigation.

Of course you started another thread to give credit to a black basketball coach at LSU. Make as many threads as you would like, but you were outed as an extreme racist long ago.

It wasn’t a strategy, he was a witness in a criminal investigation. Any lawyer with half a brain would’ve advised him to stay quiet until the details of said investigation came to light. The fact that Alleva did not honor that is what makes this such a big deal.

We have a strong AD and wade doesn’t testify which means all his evidence remains sealed.

Johnny Jones should have used the same strategy during his last season.

My friend is happy at Texas Southern. I haven't brought him up (other than a couple of times as a criticism of Alleva) and I wish others wouldn't. This has zero to do with Coach Jones.

Every thread you make is a shot at somebody else, in an attempt to prop up Jones. Your past post on this subject speak for themselves. You have half arse moved on, but instead have been propping up another black coach at LSU instead. You are a sad, pathetic, human being. If a white person was as blatantly racist as you we would have been banned from the moment of the post.
