Tough to watch. Minor setback for a major comeback.

You sound even more ignorant now. Please tell me more how you don’t know anything about the game.

I think he was being mesmerized by Jay's speech.

He needs to stop trying to strike guys out, stop trying to place it on the outside corner. Just throw it down the middle.
This is a great way to get rocked in the SEC.

Yea he’s trying to throw balls idiot

It’s his first time on the mound in college. Nerves are a big factor. He’s not going to look like prime Randy Johnson right out the gate

Pretty classy move considering the circumstances

Total nerves

Yep. The deeper he got, the worse it got in his head.

I had Bob Eucker in my head on those last 3 batters though Ball 12, he did have a strike or two in there though.

You can see he's got good stuff to throw though, just needs to get the nerves under control and put some pitches in the strike zone.

How could you possibly know what he is trying to do
because he's not a piece of shite pitcher. He's a good pitcher who was struggling to hit spots around the plate. Almost any player on our team could get on the hill and throw strikes if they tried. Or, you can struggle to hit spots and continue to throw it off the plate like he was doing.

Are y'all really this dense?

What if the pop fly is just whiffed or it goes straight through fielders legs with no contact, I was the reigning Tee-Ball Coach of the year twice, I saw this plenty of times during my 2yr career lol

Funny you mention Randy Johnson, he wasn’t that good in college.

Kind of wish they would’ve pulled him after the first walk but, they gave him a shot. He’s going to be fine.

Yeah, stop trying to work on what's going to make you great.

Our goal today is to preserve a 14 run lead!

I think it’s mostly mechanical for Johnson. He has such a weird short stride for a tall pitcher
