Because people love disfunction, people bitch about Vitale (for good reason) but a ton of people will now tune in for that interview that otherwise wouldn’t have watched. It’s great publicity for Jordy, and he isn’t an idiot.

When his new show started, he said it started as disdain for vitale, but now he loves him. So i dont think its gonna be arguing back and forth this time.

Because the show needs its first 'wow' moment and this is the first potential time to experience one over the rather nondescript guests over the first six shows. The show needs something to capture the attention of everyone that would make the show a destination instead of an alternative.

I dont think they are besties, but it sounds like dick just doesnt care or maybe doesnt even remember what him amd jordy go back and forth on and he just randomly calls jordy to see whats up
