I agree with this as well. We are definitely in the minority around here though.

LSU wore all purple once that I recall. LSU v. UK, I believe it was 1997. It looked horrible.

Purple unis with white lettering with yellow highlights would look better

Mine are 2. Black jersey gold purple white trim. Black pants purple gold trim. Black helmet trimed in gold purple. 2nd. All gold. Gold jersey purple numbers shaded white. Gold pants purple white trim. Our gold helmet. These just on non conference games not all the time.

I loved that 1918 uniform. From the numbers to the helmet. If you’re going to buck tradition, at least make it stand out.

Then go to Minnesota.
