His testing numbers back up what we saw this year

He’s not the athlete he was before that injury

Not at the NFL level.

Bryan Bresee ran a 4.86 last year.

Big Jordan Davis ran a 4.78 in 2022 at 340+ lbs.

This is awful. Completely middle of the pack. Worst case scenario for him at this point.

I’m curious as to how they calculated relative athletic score

Wingo made some money. Great healthy tape and proving he’s got plus athleticism. Good for him, tough guy who laid it all out for us.

Same because his number all land middle of the pack and his broad jump is closer back end. Look at his scores in the link below. It has him as average and that is estimating that he finishes 7th among the DTs and he is probably testing more around the 10-12 slot. And an average combine doesn't overcome bad tape.

You're being hyperbolic. While he isn't making any money, he definitely could have done much worse.

So happy for him, what a great forty time, that combined with his tape from the all American season should get him drafted high.

It’s all height/weight-adjusted, like it should be.

he won’t go as high as those guys buts he’s testing in the top half of the 19 DTs invited to the combine.

He’ll probably get drafted.

I think he will get drafted but more like round 6. If that's what all the guys cheering in this thread are expecting then yes I agree.

But it feels like the people saying he's doing great at the combine think he is turning himself into a 3rd round pick based on these results.

Yeah but he is middle of the pack testing against guys that are essentially the same height and weight as him and its saying he is a 9.4 out of 10.

That doesn't add up.

Probably?

Would be shocked if he didn’t go in the top 100

Definitely not bad but not good enough to overcome the tape from this past season. He needs to interview and test very well if he wants to improve his draft stock much.

Same frame and size as Chris Jones who runs bout the same 40 time. I'm not saying he is the next CJ but the NFL is always looking for guys like MS. I bet he goes in Rd3 if he interviews well.

He had the 8th fastest 40 for a DT and is bigger than the ones that ran faster… lol again, that’s are great measurable. He’s at bare minimum the 3-4th biggest DT in the class.
