Remember all of the Lowery's "witnesses" explicitly say JJ kicked him. So he's only being accused of kicking Lowery.

Jefferson still shouldn't be suspended if the reason is that he's under investigation.

Funny thing the other day when everyone was watching the lightened up fight video everyone was saying if Jefferson is the one in all black he is fricked, but now that it shows him in a light colored shirt some people have gone back and found a guy in white shirt doing the kicking.

Actually we do know that the specific charges on Jefferson is the kicking of Lowery. His lawyer stated today that the injuries of the other "victims" have nothing to do with JJ. So its either JJ kicked Lowery or no one
