Why would Lowery say he was never in the bar knowing multiple people could confirm that he was? It doesn't really affect his side of the story. So, IF his attorney was referring to Lowery, then Lowery would have lied to him. Why? What would Lowery have to gain by lying to his attorney about something not really relevant but easily disproven? It's pure logic.
Spoken like a non-lawyer. People are illogical. People lie for reasons that pass understanding. Trying to figure out why would require an understanding of the human mind that passes most of our understanding. People lie. All the friggin time. About stuff that can be easily disproved. It's really quite something.
I whole heartedly agree it would have been stupid for Lowery to lie for all of the reasons you listed. It doesn't mean he didn't.

There has never been any mention of them knowing each other and Long's statement is kinda disparaging to them.
Yeah, I am making an assumption they know each other based on hiring the same attorney the next day. That seemed to co-ordinated for strangers. How did they contact each other or even have the attorney contact the others if they were "unknown" to eacvh other. It's possible the four victims all independently decided to file a civil suit (or at least consider it) and went to hire the same attorney, but that seems incredibly unlikely.
Remember, the victims' attorney has nothing to do with the criminal investigation. The cops don't represent the victims, nor does the DA.

Then they go on to say: they can't say whether JJ was involved or not.

Again...just for shits and giggles...what if the kicker isn't a player and wasn't even part of their party?
Then the players who actually saw it could just step forward and tell the cops: "Look, the guy got kicked, but we don't know WHO the dude was that kicked the guy. He wasn't with us, he just kind of blended into the melee."
As far as I know, nobody's stepped forward to say anything like that. And the only reason for that I can come up with is that it didn't go down that way.
I know. This is all just speculation on all our part.

How did they know to hire the same attorney. They probably went to seperate hospitals to make it appear they did not know each other, then one of the victims knew a lawyer and called on all their behalf. You don't know each other but go to the same attorney who happens to be a litigation attorney

What was the evidence that BRPD had to arrest Jordan Jefferson? Was it just someone's story or do they have physical evidence?
happens ALL the time.

contrary to what the superfans claim I believe....
I only want the truth to come out and responsible parties to receive their proper punishment.

What I find funny about the whole Shady's employees thing, is that while they've told the media what they claim to have seen, apparently none of them have voluntarily come forward to the police to make any statements to THEM about what they saw.
In that same vain, is it not odd that during both stops at Shady's that night, the officer responding to the call did not mention talking to any employee of the bar? clearly had he done that he'd have mentioned it in the report.
Keep in mind, I don;t find it odd that employees didn't come piling out of the joint to offer up stories...I find it odd that the officer clearly did not enter the bar, ask for a manager on duty and ask them if they knew anything about what had apparently just taken place. He had be given a preliminary report of potentially a hoard of LSU football players in a fight in their lot...seems like the staff could have been helpful in his initial investigation, no?
If any of that took place, the officer failed to note it...

Just because I said I thought they knew each other doesn't mean I think they were in "cahoots". Obviously, at this point, I'm trying to draw conclusions on my own from the evidence that could differ from others, but I think its a long way from "the victims knew each other" to "they were involved in a conspiracy to get the LSU players".
I don't believe they were in cahoots. I also don't believe there is a BRPD conspiracy to get Jefferson. Both of those propositions are just incredible leaps that I can't take.

Seriously these videos are like the ultimate Rohrschact test. Just a bunch of blurry blobs, and people see whatever it is they want to see.

Neldare said he saw Jefferson at one point "standing by himself and looking upset while the fight was still taking place."
Yes, he also follows up by saying he didn't know if JJ was involved in the fight or not. He couldn't be sure. Only one of the bar employees actually claims to have seen the fight.
