Very frustrating seeing highlights of Anthony Richardson being able to throw on Vols

Everytime they talk about the LSU/Florida game on tv, they keep showing Richardson throwing all over the Vols defense. It pisses me off that we were not able to do the same thing last week.

You can’t dwell on the past, only move forward. I think Daniels will show some improvement in the passing game against Florida

That’s kind of Tenn’s MO. They allow yards and not points.

Then Richardson looked terrible against Mizzou, so who knows

He is more like a Jontre Kirklin.

No flame on Jontre, he balled out, but qb was not his position.

Should piss you off even more that Anthony Jennings was a better passer than what LSU currently has starting.

Yeah only for 13 because of some key drops and play calls that stalled drives.

Well Jaray dropped a TD and Brain Kelly decided to eschew a fg try when the game was 10-0.

It’s not all Jayden my guy.

That's why he brought up Richardson

Richardson is more of a RB than JD is

If you can’t run the ball you tend to get bogged down in the red zone.

Take a look at Jenning's (Sophomore) yards per attempt and yards per completion. Also Daniels is on pace to have less touchdowns vs SEC opponents. Less efficient with passes and scores less. I would say that makes him a less effective passer and that is terrible. Your opinion of "clearly" does not match the facts.

I see some reasonable comments above with a down vote. Here is another one for Mr./Ms./ it down-voter. Go back and watch the game. Overall the team played well. A few sacks, bad passes and runs that hit a brick wall but the loss is the result of digging a hole on the games kickoff with a fumble, a long run by Tenn. , 3 failed fourth down attempts including one that should have been a field goal and a couple of key dropped passes. All of that with loss of key lineman in a smorgasbord OL and no Goodwin who makes things happen. After the kickoff fumble the team stayed focused an didn’t seem to let it bother them. The team didn’t need a fourth down conversion to get fired up. It needed a field goal to stay in the game for the second half. That call was the turning point. A field goal would have done more good than making a first down.

That game was played several weeks prior to the LSU game. Do you think UTs defense could have improved some over the course of the weeks.
