I hope she gets going she is 4-20 from the field in 3 NCAAT games, they are going to need offense at some point from her

Hits from the line when it counts and plays tough defense too

Its a mental game for her now the only way to get out of the funk is to keep shooting. She is tentative and looking to pass she will need to score more. Right now just limit her turnovers and keep playing defense until her shot comes back.

HVL has upped her defensive game by playing through/around screens a lot better. Most of her stats were fine today except an important one. 5 assists, 1 turnover, 3 steals, and 5 out of 6 from the FT line. But 1 of 8 from the field including 0 of 2 from 3 point range is bad. And it isn't like she isn't open on most of these shots. She should be getting good looks at the basket but they still aren't falling.

I have never trusted left-handed shooters from the outside.

Not gonna lie, it will be very interesting to see her and Clark on the court at the same time against each other. Last time Clark told her to shut it because HVL's Louisville was getting beat.

Y’all have been saying this for the last 2 months

Iowa starts 5 white girls so maybe she’s able to finally hold her own

I wonder how many of HVL's problems stem from her having to toggle between playing point and shooting guard, positions with different priorities. Points are expected to feed the ball to others so they can shoot; shooters expect to be fed the ball so they can shoot. Can it be that having to focus on point has somewhat taken her out of her comfort zone as a shooter and she is just "off"?

According to this site LINK / the current women's roster has one center, four forwards, and seven guards. Out of seven guards we cannot find one natural point guard so HVL does not have to be moved over to a position with which she is not familiar?

They start 2 mixed girls and one of the white girls has broken almost every record you can break. If your goal was to sound like a fricking idiot, you did a pretty good job.

Obviously tongue in cheek but just used the laughing emoji instead. Surprised anyone actually took that left handed comment seriously but just to emphasize...NOT being serious on that.
