I remember seeing some comments saying he was a potential heisman candidate LOL

This board told me he’d be in the Heisman discussion

Nah, that's just the way most QB's look against us!

Except that we had an entirely new defensive staff and transfer players to get installed. Don't forget that USC was ranked when we played them too. Hindsight is 20/20 and if they played today LSU would win easily. Teams are allowed to get better over the course of a season.

In hindsight this wasn’t a big game ? more like a cakewalk
that's just dumb. Thats not how it works. You can't compare the present and thw past, not in a foorball sense anyway. When it was played it was a big game.

As the season plays out, this loss looks to be as bad as the 2022 loss to A&M. Maybe worse given the context.

Moss played the game of his life against us. We win if he performs only 80% as well as he did. Now he routinely performs at about 60% of his potential. Damn you, Moss!!
I thought he outplayed Nuss as I was at the game and had great seats. Not by a lot. Maybe Moss is nicked up so not performing at his appropriate level.

Everyone said :

“We should schedule a weak team to start the year”

Well we did

USC is going to be a team that doesn’t even make a bowl

College football is going to be more and more like the NFL now. There are few teams right now that do not have head scratch losses.

Ole Miss’s loss to Kentucky at home is by far the worst. This is their year and their ceiling is way higher than most teams.

Miller Moss season numbers are almost identical to Nussmeier's

Just had the same exact thought came here to post it and saw your post. It just looks worse and worse and squarely on BK shoulders. I like BK and I'm not a hater of his but it's just not a good look and then he pounded the table afterwards.

BK isn’t a “likeable” coach at all. It’s why all of the other fanbases roast the hell out of him when we lose.

Overpaid useless coaches put a team on the field that was once again unprepared for a season opener.

I have no clue why it’s so hard to understand that for ALL these college teams, the product that hits the field is NEVER the same halfway through the season as it is week 1.

Y’all act like LSU played the USC team that is on the field right now as opposed to 2 months ago. It’s crazy

Shittiest loss by BK so far? I guess it is. Wonder what a poll would say...

He was played really well against us. Made seriously impressive throws into tight coverage while under heavy pressure.

He has regressed.

Almost like some teams get better as the season goes on and some teams get worse as the season goes on.

It will be ok.

Lolol as did USC

Lololol BK just lost to another inferior team with a backup QB.

LSU would struggle and be lucky to win.

Get used to it and quit making excuses for this 10Ma year fraud

This board has really jumped the shark when we're still melting about a loss from 2 months ago when there's a loss from less than 2 weeks ago that's worse
