To give some perspective...this thing gonna be pretty big. The video board alone will be bigger than this entire structure. Basically take the height of where the tiger logo is and add a little to each side.

Hopefully they put the static ads underneath the board.

A stadium with the reputation DV has deserves a video board like this, ready to see it finished in person

Not bad. I just hope they don't put a stupid Coca-Cola sign (or any other brand) at the top of it. Honestly it should either be the tiger head logo or just "Tiger Stadium" in the geaux-font like they have outside the west grandstand.

the pieces on both sides on a angle are the speaker towers?

Thats what I assume as well but not 100%.

According to the discussion in this thread that would appear to line up with the measurements.

Main question should be are they going to add 1908 to our Natty list?! NCAA gave it to us, why won’t we take it?!

We need a “Death Valley” sign in the north end.

Actually, the center hung screens measure 160' x 72'
Tiger Stadium will be only 8' shorter in length.

I just counted light fixtures...

Old lights = 384
New LED lights = 280

From my experience with the new LED lights on my high school softball field, less lights, but brighter and cheaper/more efficient. Plus if the power goes off briefly, we don't have to wait 20 minutes to restart play as the LED lights don't have to cool off and warm back up.
