I don't know. I dont really care to split hairs about who was in the recruiting class already when O took over. I know they want to rotate 8 guys at the least. And outside of Feheko only 2 others are draft eligible. Meaning the rest of the guys come from the last 2 classes.

Definitely going to surprise some people on defense, also the addition of Damien Lewis will be huge.

This time last year Aranda was preaching about our lack of depth at DL and inexperienced depth at LB... he pretty much calls it like he sees it.

So, if Orgeron were somehow fired after game 4 of this upcoming year, he wouldn't get any credit at all for the players that are already committed? No credit for the groundwork already laid for guys that may sign in December of February?

Any knowledgeable LSU fan knows this. However, the media doesn’t, which is why they ranked us 5th in the SECW.
Our defense will be similar to 2011 as far as stats go.
CB depth is the only chink in the armor, but the F7 should nearly cover it completely,
Like you said, the CB DEPTH is the only chink. We've got the talent, especially if Fulton's appeal comes back favorable. With or without it, thanks to a grad transfer, we're not completely destitute outside of our top two CB's. But yea, that's pretty much all that's at issue with the D. And Moffitt's covering our butts with conditioning in the case our offense sputters out every game yet again--and I'm not sure that's happening.
This D is gonna be nasty. This offense just might complement them, too. Yes, I say we surprise people, including ourselves.
