Good job BK

How is this BK’s fault. He had the #1 player in the country, from Michigan committed for 2 years until Michigan boosters offered Underwood triple what LSU did. This is the fault of LSU fans and boosters that don’t want to put their money where their mouth is

So lsu was s supposed to get into a bidding war over one player. An unproven player as well. He is just ONE player…. I’m trying to get used to where college athletics is going but I’m old fashion enough to realize that never has just one player won a football game.

He knew he was going to do this six months ago but waits to flip two weeks before signing day. frick this kid and his whole fricking family.

It does seem like LSU gets fricked over the hardest with shite like this.

Good for him. Way too much money for a high school athlete. Didn’t he/his team lose the state championship. No one is worth that kind of money at this point. Glad we did not pay him.

how many championships has he won with all that talent that he developed? What type of TEAM has he fielded since becoming LSU’s HC? I would understand if we were talking about the QB coach or offensive coordinator! The direction of the program is in a nose dive!

Why would boosters invest in LSU NIL when the football coach sucks dick and we need to start collecting for a buyout?

If there was confidence in Kelly's direction of the program then I'm sure the money for underwood would have come.

Kelly has everyone the program fighting a 2 front war at this point.

LSU has lost a lot of one players with no good replacements. I knew Underwood would never come to LSU. We are in QB wilderness again, baws. What a clown show.

it went up to $12 Million over 4 years. LSU was willing to give him $1.5M/year and this was in the process of being finalized yesterday around 4pm(ish) between LSU reps and the Underwood's lawyers...and then Schefty dropped the news and blindsided LSU.

kid/family knew what they were doing, and him launching his Michigan shopify store hours after the announcement tells me this was premeditated.

Why would you come to LSU when it looks like a dumpster Fire. BK can't pick a DC and now his pick for OC is garbage.

I think he is in over his head.

this is what makes NIL absurd. it's pay-for-play but nobody is going to ever call it what it is.

You don’t think players were playing for money before this?

The dude just got his butt kicked by Catholic Central in the MI HS playoffs.

Distractions, distractions, distractions…. He’s good but he’s not all that. I like our current guys better.

Kid hasn’t taken a single snap in college and yall are melting. Yall put too much emphasis on stars. I’d rather a kid from the state that loves LSU to commit. He clearly just used LSU as leverage to milk money out of Michigan and I can almost guarantee he’s going to be a bust.

In what world is this 17/18 year old kid not going to the school you want him to go to my fault as an LSU fan?

I have been donating to TAF for 20+ years, so fans are doing their part. It is not my job to decide how they spend the money.

LSU doesn't have a money problem it has a money management problem. Giving an unlikeable over the hill coach $100 million while also giving the previous coach $17 million to not coach would be the first problem.

But yeah, its the fans' fault
