Obviously 2019 was a year of ridiculous wins but the one that in my opinion doesn't get the recognition it deserves was the Florida game.

Came hear to say this. The energy in the stadium during that 2019 Florida game was fantastic. The game got overshadowed by everything else that happened during that season, but man that was a fun night.

I always think of the LSU-Vandy game on Oct 4, 1997.

LSU 7
VAN 6 F

—2pm kickoff on TigerVision
—DiNardo’s return to Nash.
—Blocked extra point in final seconds (Arnold Miller, who probably holds the record for blocked FGs and PATs) kept the game from going to OT (that would have been LSU’s first OT game).
—This was the game before LSU shocked the nation and beat No. 1 Florida.

1980 LSU-Auburn in Death Valley. Marquis Quinn picks off Aubie at the goal line and runs it back to midfield to seal the deal.

Yes, Vandy got back to back delay of game penalties when they were going for two. Don't think that's ever happened in the history of the game. Only Vandy could do that.

We may never see that again in our lifetime.

Vandy got an intentional delay of game to give them more room for a pass play on the 2 point conversion, then got an accidental delay of game after, which backed them up to the 13 yard line. They decided to try a 30-yard extra point, to which Arnold Miller said, “You’re done.”

Bluegrass Miracle. The look on the Kentucky fans faces was priceless.

2007 vs Va Tech

We destroyed Va Tech and set the tone for a great year. Keiland hurdle TD run is one of my all time favorites.

If LSU had beaten Arky In 2002 Auburn would have gone to the SEC Championship game not LSU.

I believe Auburn was on probation and ineligible for the title game, even though they had the best record in the West.

ETA- My bad. It was Bama that had the best record but was on probation. Evidently the winner of LSU/Ark won the 3-way tiebreak even though LSU lost to Auburn that year.

O got a reprieve a couple weeks later with a most improbable upset of SEC West champion Auburn, and went on to make 2017 a fairly decent year, after a most inauspicious start.

True. That wild comeback against Auburn might have saved his career for the time being

That stretch of Mississippi State-Syracuse-Troy was some of the worst played football by LSU in quite some time

Arizona at LSU 1984. LSU won 27-26. Max Zendejas missed a potential game winning FG late in the game and LSU ran out the clock for the "W."

A little story- My wife and I drove down without tickets. Walked around with my hand up for 2 hours until an older gentleman called us over to his tailgate. Handed me two tickets and said I would really like em. Didn’t charge me a dime. Sitting about 25 rows up on the East side 50. Still the best tickets I’ve ever had.

1995 at home against #5 Auburn. No TV. Dinardo's first big win. Troy Twillie with the INT on Patrick Nix to seal the deal.

I was there, Broussard did pretty well running the ball if you remember.

Broussard's big night was the 2004 game, not 2002.
