Not convinced they will—but if they are, and if it goes well at Georgia and potentially others for a couple of weeks then I wouldn’t be surprised if we follow suit.
I agree. They could point to hospitalization numbers, if they drop significantly, for the change in course. Right in time for SEC play.
eta 39 days until the Auburn game. A lot can change by then.

Well you know its such a deadly disease. .5 of 100% die of this elephant. If you take out the 85+ year olds and the obese/diabetics, it is almost uncalculatable.
I cant imagine anyone with a brain would pay money to get into a large crowd with a dog muzzle wrapped around their head and a worthless 6 month old vaccination card.
How in the world can LSU expect a large portion of their fans come to a football stadium. Are LSU fans Suicidal?

And how much do you want to bet that all of these kids you say got Covid or have been contacted by someone with Covid will be fine. You act like they just got diagnosed with cancer. These kids will be fine probably won’t even have symptoms. I’m tired of this shite.
Calm down Susie, I am on your side. That’s why “cases” is in quotes. I’m saying the limp wrists running UGA will cave to pressure.

This isn’t LSU’s fault, this is the fault of all those conservatives for JBE, who got tricked into voting for him, because he had some conservative values.

you snowflakes always find something to cry about. But..but, it’s not FDA approved. But, but let me try this horse tranquilizer instead. But but, let me try this plasma infusion that i’ve never heard of and is experimental. But but…. y’all are dumb and y’all are pussies. Finally, I’m looking forward to some affordable big time LSU home games this year! Please keep being dumb as frick facebook doctors.
much appreciated!

I do think UGA will change their stance either by game time or by the 2nd game. We live in metro ATL, and "cases" in schools are surging. My oldest now has 5 contact trace notices in the first 2 weeks of school. My middle kid's school is sending home any kid with a runny nose, and that's not an exaggeration. They sent home 15 kids yesterday for runny noses and such, saying they are just playing it safe.
The same type of people in charge of public schools are running the show in Athens.
Illinois is opening their season on Saturday. If you go to their athletic website they are marketing with great vigor that their stadium is at 100% capacity!! I don't see ANYTHING indicating they are requiring proof of vaccination or a negative test to enter the stadium. ALL while the Chicago Sun Times reports this week that "Illinois covid cases have reached a seven month high!"
And this is Illinois who NO ONE will claim is a "red state".
The REALITY is this is JBE trying to ingrain himself into the national democratic scene by showing he is going to toe and go beyond the party line.
