Wasn’t the greatest pitch for him, but you let him swing 3-0 because that was likely the best pitch he was gonna get, and he could have made it 10-3 with the quickness. Pitch had a little late arm side run and jammed him, but I like the aggressiveness by Jay.
And it shows he’s still confident in a guy who may be struggling with his and who we’ll need to come up big a few more times if we’re gonna dogpile.
