Last I checked none of these young men are on our 2012 LSU Tigers football roster. Nothing to see here.

Miles just needs to go. If LSU doesn't do it, they're all frickin crazy. End of season, he needs to just leave.

If it weren't for Miles, TM7 would still be on this team. How big of a distraction would we have now if that were the case. We should be giving Les a golf clap right about now

None of this is Les's fault, it doesn't reflect badly on LSU...it simply should be that 4 idiots that were all given more opportunity to better their lives decided to smoke it away. Legal or not isn't to be debated now, it is illegal, and they will have to pay the price.

Oh, BTW

This is probably something they have been investigating for a while - just made the arrests

For ten fricking baggies of pot? Give me a break! The DEA doesn't deal with people unless they're dealing with more than 250 pounds a month.

I can tell by your posts, there's nothing that will convince you of any problem within this program.

I imagine it's like any major college program.

Outside of our offense sucking, no there isn't.

Mine is that Les isn't much of a disciplinarian, because he can't be if he wants to compete for elite talent.

That isn't the same as Miles is letting the program go as you stated earlier.

Let's face it,he isn't perceived nationally as a great coach.

Strange, yes. Great? There's only one other D1 school with a better record during his 7 years at LSU.

He has to do what he has to do to compete,I just don't want it to hurt the program with the NCAA or anything

4 former players getting arrested is going to hurt us with the NCAA?

Many will have this sentiment, but how fricking hard headed does one kid have to be? Regardless of the legal v illegal debate of weed, there was no grey area for TM7 on this. It sucks for him but he knew the stakes.

This. I think most drug laws are a waste of time, money, and lives, and are generally stupid. However, there are sometimes certain trade-offs that come with being a high-profile personality. This was one of them.

Seriously? Allow college students to stay stoned so we can keep a few skilled, but misguided, athletes on our football team? Football players already have enough problems trying to pass their remedial-level college courses while sober.

Same here. He would only be a distraction and we don't need him what so ever.

TM7 is gonna end up being a 30 for 30 special one day.

Really Shang1? You think LSU is the only program where former players get into trouble. And you want Miles gone at the end of the season for this? Four former players? Maybe you should go at the end of the season too. Cheer for another team, but don't wait for the end of the season. Do it now!

Yeah because no players on any other team smoke weed.

Didn't Tyrann get dismissed from the team due to weed? Les didn't bend the rules even though he was the heart and soul of the team. You are an idiot if you think this is Les' fault.

You're retarded. Should I point out former players from other programs that got busted for weed?
