Alot of kids i guess have grown up watching him play in the NFL so for the next 4-6 years they would know who he is from his NFL Career alone. Plus he's awesome.

Think you start him small in football ops/recruting role and hes your DB coach in 5 years

Pound for pound the best football player I’ve ever seen play at LSU.

It was apparent on day 1 against UNC as a freshman.

And he ended that season with a jaw-dropping performance against the Aggies.

His INT while covering the TE in that game doesn't get near enough love. It was all instinct and GREAT hands. Later on, he had that strip/return TD that was called back by a really stupid penalty.

One of the most exciting college players EVER.

Even after he was kicked off the team, he manned up and accepted responsibility for what happened. That was the catalyst for him really turning his life around outside of football.

Well done, Tyrann.

Hands down my favorite to watch play at LSU. He made impact play after impact play and changed the outcome of many games.

Hats of to you Tyrann.

Hope to see you on the LSU sidelines again.

I’ll always hate Tyson Hill a little bit for robbing us of a Mathieu #7 Saints jersey.

I've never seen a better DB with the instincts TM had. His timing on breaking on the ball for and INT, pass breakup, or hitting and knocking the ball loose was amazing.

If he can teach his techniques and share those instincts with current players, he'll make an outstanding DB coach.

I will go to my grave saying if that idiot from Georgia doesn’t get a hold of tyranns jersey and he scores 2 punt returns for TDs in the SEC championship game, the honey badger wins the Heisman trophy.

That Oregon game was the start of a special season. It ended like shite, but that 2011 team was second to the 2019 team in success. Could have, should have, would have if the rematch turned out differently.

Everyone loves to say Tavon Austin has the best highlight tape (its awesome no doubt), but what Tyrann did will probably never be done again. It is insane what he did in 2011 and how underrated he was in 2010.

I just remember being in Jerry World for the Cotton Bowl where he went off and then Pat P. carried him on his shoulders after the game and then being back in Jerry World 8 months later for the season opener against Oregon where he again went the frick off.

Just insane how he could take the ball whenever he wanted.
