“We’ve won every game since Brown was removed “?
So, one game.
So, one game.

Everyone realizes exactly how much it hurts the pitching depth.
An already little to non existent pitching depth.

Which backs up the point that losing Brown isn't why we have no shot to contend.
Even with him putting up one of the better seasons at the plate in the country, we were still a severely flawed team that couldn't get out of its own way.

Fake news. Nothing wrong with his wrist.

Moore lost his last 3 starts (Sacramento State, Vandy, OU) and didn't make it to 5 innings in any of them
12.2 innings, 20 hits + walks, 7 earned runs (4.97 ERA)
Maybe he pitches better against UK/UT/OM, but you can't just look at his numbers the first 3 weeks against crap (including that monster opening game vs. Milwaukee) and assume that's the baseline when his second 3 weeks against more meaningful competition left much to be desired. At least if we're going to be consider him our best pitcher and someone capable of changing the season outlook
Think it's easier to argue this team is shite regardless

It was already going to end up with the team not making a regional..:you just didn’t know it.

What I saw was some young players coming in and taking advantage of it.

LSU should still be a better team....

No it was never ever ever ever ever a "what could've have been years"
Truth! It is a "didn't live up to the hype" year. Sadly

This team hasn’t lost because of pitching only, the bats against decent SEC pitching has been atrocious .No player on this team has been consistent at the plate.LSU has had many opportunities win men on and in scoring position only to not come through in the clutch.Past Tiger teams make those plays, this team doesn’t has any ptps this season.

Brown going down with a broken wrist might be the bigger blow with how he was carrying the offense.
No one has been consistently carrying the offense during SEC play.

Better to lose them this year than a good year

Relax TigerNation. I have complete confidence Coach Jay Johnson will right the ship and take LSU Baseball to another CWS appearance.
He delivered two CWS Trophies. He'll do it again.
