I’m sick of hearing how good he is. At some point you have to be the guy. So far it’s been the bottom of the line up.

I’m stating the obvious here, but something is visibly wrong with him. For the 1st time in his career at LSU the dude looks like he has ZERO confidence. Maybe something personal goin on in his life??? Idk but he’s not the Dylan Crews we all know and love.

He needs to be less selective. He’s so damn good he can crush any pitch, just about any location. But he’s putting himself in too many 2 strike counts. I really believe the pitching around him like they were doing for a bit got in his head. He’ll be fine, he’s too good not to get it back.

Agreed. It’s honestly kind of his fault in a good way if that makes sense. He set such a high bar for himself with his career up this point that If he shows any semblance of a weakness fans pounce on it. It’s pretty sad.

Come on dude. Those pitches weren’t that far off. Everyone knows you protect the plate w/2 strikes. He did that neither of the last 2 at bats.
