Truth is this team doesn't deserve to play post season baseball. Just hard truth.

The team has been bad. Real bad. The coaches have waited too long to move to younger more higher ceiling players instead of cont to trot out transfers when it became obvious they weren't up to lsu caliber. The pitching has been putrid. Guided should never be in that situation. He is too risky. Jay and Yesky know this so im at a loss as to why they cont to do it. It sux we just need to flush this year and build on what we have which is a very good nucleus of young players

Unless we win 4 of the next 5 SEC games we likely won’t. Those chances aren’t good considering we can’t hold any lead

Meaning even if they somehow by a miracle squeak into playoffs they really dont belong there. Smh

the team that played since Mississippi state is good enough to be a tournament team.we lost every way possible to Mississippi state but played pretty well for most of each game. however you want to think of it, as far as what we deserve, is up to you.

I don’t know, it would be a high profile coach tho. Jay isn’t going anywhere and he learned a valuable lesson this season. He should have kept his young players who have been at LSU rather than going in the portal so hard. He learned and he will fix it.

It's definitely the pitching. We have a lot of dudes who can light up the radar gun, but that means nothing if you cannot command offspeed pitches. What good is velo if you can't locate your pitches.

I cant fir the life of me understand why LSU cant consistently find 2 solid pitchers who can throw strikes. We domt need Paul scenes every year thats a silly but no reason we cant find a Eyanson or Holman every year.

Bullpen is a huge issue for many "good" teams right now, but LSU has made an art form of it.
