We should start opening the seasons with off site games in:

Detroit for UM
Chicago for ND
Pittsburgh for Penn State
Cincy for OSU
Cali and Vegas for USC and Ore

That way we will be 12-0 instead of 11-0 due to missed games via hurricanes.

Also can’t tell lsu that we dodge big games up north like Florida and Georgia.

Something to monitor but the real question is do we have the same Bye Week as FSU? It wouldn't shock me if they tried to just move the game to Jacksonville or something due to rescheduling conflicts.

It wouldn’t be an outdoor LSU sporting event at this point. It was basically every week during baseball

They could probably push the game to Sunday or Monday if they had to but the game will go on and almost certainly be played on schedule Saturday

I'm fine with it. Let Maason Smith sit against Grambling instead.

So if the game is scrubbed, does that count towards Masson Smith’s suspension? Gonna need the big guy holding down the middle against Grambling.

Looks like it will head a bit higher up but as with all storms, only time will tell. It also looks like it will be through Florida well before the game.

Right now the storm track keeps it well away from Orlando. Sure it'll probably be pretty overcast and a good amount of rain on Tuesday and Wednesday but outside of a massive change in the strength and track that will be it.

15 years ago we would barely even be talking about this storm.

The big bend area is well away from the Orlando area. In fact we are lucky now it's in Orlando. From the track Tallahassee is far more likely to be impacted than Orlando. If the game was in Tallahassee there would probably have been a much greater chance of the game being cancelled or pushed back a day or two.

The track doesn't take it near Orlando and has it out of Florida by Thursday several days before the game. The biggest impact I would say would be LSU fans driving over through the Panhandle to Orlando on Wednesday or Thursday. If any fans were planning that I would probably recommend delaying until Friday. For those flying I don't see much impact at all.

Just an FYI on a weather site. If you have never seen Ventusky.com, check it out. Everything from wind speed to wave heights anywhere in the world. Interesting to monitor storms as they approach.

It'll be off the coast of GA and SC in the Atlantic on Wednesday. Your timeline is way off...

This. We fly in Thursday evening and I am not the least bit worried about a tropical storm that will be off the coast of S.C. Thursday am.

Selfishly I wish this was coming to Louisiana just for the rain. My front yard is the Sahara.
