You can say “we loss move on” all you want but the fact is they played an ineligible player. They cheated, literally.

If they actually make the playoffs people will definitely care, because they cheated to take away a spot from another team that's likely from a different conference.

Dude we almost got kicked out of the SEC for TRO's. The entire nation was mad at us. Telling us we were ruining college football. We were strong armed into letting go of two players who had the same TRO that Trinidad had.
Ineligible is Ineligible. There's no nuance there. Youre either Ineligible or your eligible.
Our players were deemed ineligible and we were DARED to play them and be kicked out the SEC. It was the entire college sports headline for 2 weeks. Ole Miss does the same exact shite. But the entire country is in a love fest with them.
LSU fans have a right to be pissed. It would be no different than a Louisiana judge granting Green another year because he got hurt and missed the season. Which Lane should totally do. What's the difference between getting a sore throat from sucking your teammates dick after a game and getting a season ending knee injury

If a third B1G team gets left out of the playoff in favor of Ole Miss with an illegal QB, you don't think the B1G is going to file a lawsuit against the SEC, especially after all the noise the SEC made about not bowing to local courts in August?
