That's awesome. That dude is a Tiger for life.

I agree with the other posters: what an amazing representative for his family and school, and huge perspective from a very mature guy.

Between Tre, Mo Claiborne, and Hester, Shreveport is sending some awesome young men to LSU.

Proud.

Not only do we get a dominant defensive player back, but we don't have to deal with 1000 "Who gets #18?" threads this offseason.

He should really learn to capitalize the G in God, but im glad He's decided to come back and finish school and hopefully win a championship.

I hope he accomplishes all of his goals at LSU, and then turns around, and the NFL gives him a great shot as well.

Proud for him and happy for LSU. I hope he becomes a first rounder and sets his family up for life.

Great introspection. Can see him having a career like Corey Webster...once he hones those ball hawk skills. Big up #18

Great decision not only to play LSU football for one last year, but most importantly to continue to pursue his degree and hold off on the NFL for one year to earn a degree that will benefit him for the rest of his life. Much respect for Tre White and all other the other juniors returning for their senior year.

It is players like this that make me so proud to be an LSU fan. Hats off to him for deciding to return for his Senior year, but particularly to achieve one of his goals in life by obtaining his college degree. God bless you Tre!
