LSU's only RBI in two games in the regional are solo HRs and two bases loaded walks.

I don’t want to crap on Trav too much, but I hated he was up in that moment. Would have taken anyone else in the lineup there. Of course White also hit into a DP. We really needed at least a fly ball there.
The funny thing to me is the negative people earlier the season questioned how LSU was going to replace losing Trav. You lose players every season and you gain players as well.

Had multiple chances, would’ve had another chance without the blown double play call. Things just didn’t fall our way today. They made plays and we didn’t. They deserved to win, we couldn’t get runners in

That’s true, but I would like to see a pinch hitter for him in certain situations. I would have liked to see Kling and Neal maybe get more chances to work through it. Maybe I am wrong though. At least the talent is there.

The Milazzo slide that got a double play was the first domino. That could have been a big opportunity inning with the top of the lineup coming up.

The slide interference call was pretty big also. Took the wind out of our sails on an early rally
