I believe his salary paid by the state is around $300K. The rest is paid by TAF.

The same way they waste $$ on legislators, illegal aliens, emergency room visits for colds, daycare for non-working mothers, football tickets for legislators, and the list goes on. Cut spending like my family has had to do because of Obama and the democrats.

No it doesn't. It keeps them in-state for their education but they quickly move to better job markets. TOPS is a great program but it's a shitty investment.
